At the Official Minecraft Shop, we want you to love your loot as much as a Creeper loves TNT, but if you are not satisfied, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are in their original packaging and in gift-ready condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and generate a return authorization number.

• 2.
  Package Your Loot

  Carefully place the items back into their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and any digital code inserts remain unscratched.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from our portal, print it out, and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; once our warehouse verifies the contents, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
